Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

Hoshi gets caught flat footed, as Calhoun shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Hoshi is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Calhoun's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Calhoun's back!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Hoshi looking to control.
Calhoun stands up over Hoshi, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Calhoun thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Calhoun drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Calhoun jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Hoshi avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

I would just about give that final round to Scott Calhoun.
