Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marax El (ranked 3744 p4p, 2511 weight class) and Gabriel Havran (ranked 136 p4p, 319 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Marax El!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Gabriel Havran!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Radbod Blank and Daniel Blasius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
El misses with a shot to the body
and Havran connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A decent looking cross lands there for Havran.
Havran throws an ugly left hook that misses
and El counters by moving into the clinch.
Havran tries to work over El's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
El lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Havran backwards.
It looks like Gabriel Havran has been cut.
El tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
El can't find room to land a body shot as Havran controls the action.
Havran misses with a short punch on the inside.
Havran lands a body punch.
Havran breaks from the clinch.
No joy there for Havran, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Havran looks to land a right hand but El moved out of range.
A looping hook to the body misses from Havran. El does a little dance to reset his feet.
Havran throws a combination but it was largely blocked by El.

It seemed like Havran was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Havran fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. El looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

El throws a punch but it's blocked by Havran.

Havran misses with a punch on the inside.
Havran breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Havran is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by El.
El avoids the body shot from Havran.
Gabriel Havran seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
El moves away from the strike by Havran.

Havran throws a jab but it's blocked by El.
El displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Havran throws out the jab.
Havran uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from El.

Havran misses with a series of wild punches.
A left lands for Havran.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
El throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
El tries to clinch but Havran is having none of it.
Havran lands a jab to the nose.
Havran lands a left and a right that send El crashing to the mat, dazed. Havran thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Marax El has been cut.
El takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
El tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Havran tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but El was well out of range. Poor timing from Havran.
El is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Havran.
El takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
El drives through and clinches with Havran against the cage.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

The referee calls for Havran to work.
Havran escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
El rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Havran moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Havran lands a big right hand that sends El crashing to the mat! Havran stays standing though and waves El back to his feet!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Havran now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Havran throws a lazy right hand but El sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Havran rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but El moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Havran takes a swing at El's ribcage but misses.
El takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Havran wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

El is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Havran connects with a good right hand that stumbles El. El circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Havran swings and misses with a shot to the body
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Havran is breathing heavily.
El pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Havran takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
The cut above Gabriel Havran's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Havran takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
El takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Havran swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by El.
El drops Havran with a beautiful combination! Havran stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - El is looking for the KO!
Havran is rocked!
El ducks down into range and throws a picture perfect right hook that connects with Havran's jaw. Havran's eyes stare off into space as he falls to the mat, out cold! El does the decent thing and steps back, rather than landing any shots to his unconscious opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Marax El!
