Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Javier Pimba (ranked 22999 p4p, 22899 weight class) and Ragnar Lothbrock (ranked 546 p4p, 547 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ragnar Lothbrock!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Aafke Stam and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pimba connects with a body shot.

Lothbrock moves into the clinch.
Lothbrock is trying to drag Pimba to the mat but Pimba just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Lothbrock looking to throw knees to the head but Pimba is blocking nicely.
Lothbrock has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Pimba after a bit of a struggle.

Lothbrock pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Pimba connects with a body shot that sends Lothbrock's belly button to the back.
Lothbrock tries a head kick but it misses.
Pimba throws a series of punches but Lothbrock avoids them all with ease.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Pimba rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Lothbrock moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lothbrock drops down looking for an ankle pick but Pimba pulls his leg out and moves away.

Lothbrock tries to clinch there but Pimba circles away.

Lothbrock closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Pimba quickly recovers to half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lothbrock stops Pimba from getting back to his feet.

Pimba pushes Lothbrock off and gets back to his feet.
Pimba throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lothbrock.
Pimba lands a really nice looking cross but Lothbrock seems unphased.
Lothbrock moves in looking to clinch but Pimba pushes him off.
Pimba throws a series of punches but Lothbrock moves out of range.

Pimba drops Lothbrock with a right and a left! Pimba comes rushing in but Lothbrock regains his composure and manages to keep Pimba in guard.

Lothbrock is rocked!

It looks like Ragnar Lothbrock has been cut.
Pimba won't allow Lothbrock to sweep him here.
Pimba tries to stand but Lothbrock is controlling from the bottom.
Our spies down at at Punch Out Gym inform us that Lothbrock has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
Pimba has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Pimba throws a big elbow that misses.
Pimba wants to stand but Lothbrock has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Pimba knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Lothbrock on the ground.

Lothbrock is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pimba has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Lothbrock is proving hard to escape from.

Lothbrock wants to take the fight to the mat but Pimba manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Pimba is trying to break the clinch but Lothbrock has him pressed against the cage.
Lothbrock fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Lothbrock breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pimba keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Pimba defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lothbrock.
Pimba will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Lothbrock forces Pimba back against the cage and clinches.
Pimba is trying to force a seperation but Lothbrock has the dominant position.
Lothbrock is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Pimba is defending well.
Lothbrock has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Pimba avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Lothbrock misses with a body punch.
Lothbrock goes for a takedown in the clinch but Pimba prevents it.
