Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jamal Garvey (ranked 6269 p4p, 3506 weight class) and Rickson Caceres (ranked 0 p4p, 386 weight class). Garvey comes to the cage accompanied by Target. Jamal Garvey looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Jamal Garvey!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rickson Caceres!
The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Felipe Paraventi and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Caceres shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Garvey manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Garvey is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Caceres dives into side control.
Garvey looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
You can see the frustration on Garvey's face as Caceres controls the position.
It looks like Caceres might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
Caceres is continuing to stall.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Caceres has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Garvey is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Caceres yanks on the arm and Garvey is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Caceres.
