Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Anderson Jones (ranked 4608 p4p, 4610 weight class) and Sawyer Sauce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sauce pushes Jones up against the cage in a clinch.

Jones tries to stall but Sauce uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Jones has closed the distance and engaged Sauce in a clinch.
Sauce blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Jones is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Sauce is keeping busy.

Jones really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Jones jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sauce walks away with a smile on his face. Jones gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Well Sauce has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
