Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vito Romero (ranked 3945 p4p, 4541 weight class) and Dabur Ganiesh (ranked 500 p4p, 538 weight class). Ganiesh is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stach Stach. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Vito Romero!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dabur Ganiesh!
The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksandr Martynov and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romero jabs Ganiesh right on the nose. Ganiesh blinks but takes it well.
Romero keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Ganiesh shoots and misses
and Romero counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Ganiesh misses with a takedown attempt
and Romero cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Vito Romero has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dabur Ganiesh.

Romero loads up on a big right hand but Ganiesh slips the punch.

Romero lands with a shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ganiesh takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Ganiesh fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Romero to the ground. Ganiesh is now in Romero's guard.
Romero pushes Ganiesh off and gets back to his feet.
A big left from Romero misses.
Ganiesh tries to score a power double leg takedown but Romero sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Ganiesh somewhat.
A head kick by Ganiesh misses
and Romero counters by clinching up.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ganiesh goes for a takedown in the clinch but Romero prevents it.
Ganiesh looks winded!
Ganiesh is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Romero to keep the fight standing.
Ganiesh successfully pulls guard.
Romero gets to his feet. Ganiesh looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Ganiesh tries a head kick but it misses.
Romero throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ganiesh throws a body kick that misses
and Ganiesh takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The fighters circle momentarily. Romero darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ganiesh is looking to clinch but Romero is avoiding it.
Jab by Romero.
Ganiesh blocks a jab.
Romero throws a right and a left that Ganiesh avoids nicely.
Romero connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Ganiesh's hands.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Romero connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Dabur Ganiesh seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ganiesh gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Romero gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Ganiesh is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
