These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dubois steps into range and cracks Leonidas with a monster punch that buckles his knees! Leonidas flops backwards and Dubois dives into his guard looking to finish!

It looks like Nicolai Leonidas has been cut.
Leonidas has control of Dubois's left arm, preventing Dubois from doing any damage.
Dubois pushes down on Leonidas 's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Dubois tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Dubois has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

Dubois is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Leonidas looks calm but he's in trouble here. Dubois gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Leonidas is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Dubois lets go of the hold and Leonidas can pop his arm back in it's socket.
