And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jamaal Albashir!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Igor Prikhodko and Viktor Lagutenko.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smooth punishes Albashir's body with a nice straight punch.
Smooth takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Albashir delivers a nice body kick.
Smooth throws a lazy right hand but Albashir sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Smooth tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Albashir was well out of range. Poor timing from Smooth.

Smooth lands a big head kick that sends Albashir tumbling to the mat! Smooth takes a step backwards and waves Albashir back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Albashir is rocked!

It looks like Jamaal Albashir has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Smooth tries to score with a low kick but Albashir moves his leg out of the way.
Albashir is still on wobbly legs! Can Smooth finish him?
Smooth throws a jab but it's blocked by Albashir.
A shot to the body from Smooth misses
and Albashir makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Smooth misses with a hook
and Albashir counters with a solid body kick.
Albashir seems to have recovered his senses.
Smooth cracks Albashir with a hook to the temple - Albashir is on wobbly legs here! Smooth swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Albashir falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Smooth wins by TKO!
