Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jayden Manuai!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Biggy Harris!
The judges for this bout are Roger Salmon, Chris Saunders and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Manuai takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
It looks like Jayden Manuai has been cut.
A lazy left from Harris finds it's target.
Harris keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Manuai.
A cross from Harris lands.
Manuai throws a poor cross that misses
and Harris counters with a nice body shot.
Harris lands with a straight right. Manuai didn't see that one coming.
Harris lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Manuai at a distance.
Manuai walks into a straight right hand from Harris.
Manuai is rocked!
Harris cracks Manuai on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Manuai falls backwards against the cage. Harris follows up with more strikes that drop Manuai to his knees. Harris keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Manuai! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Biggy Harris!
After winning the bout, Biggy Harris thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
