Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Mc Muffin !
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Muffin gets tackled into the cage by Svensson. Svensson maintains the clinch.
Svensson tries a knee to the head but Muffin blocks it.
Muffin has Svensson pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Svensson manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Svensson throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Muffin blocks it with crossed arms.
Svensson tries to land a knee to the head but misses.
Svensson with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Muffin tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Svensson just stands there and leans against the cage.

Muffin wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.

Svensson throws a knee to the head but misses.
Muffin goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Muffin drops down looking for an ankle pick but Svensson pulls his leg out and moves away.
Joseph Svensson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mc Muffin .
Svensson closes the distance and pushes Muffin back into the cage.

Muffin gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Svensson regains guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Muffin trying to control the position from guard on top but Svensson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Muffin passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Muffin scores with punches from side control.
Muffin thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Muffin is working to tighten his grip on Svensson's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Svensson has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Muffin is really squeezing tight and eventually Svensson passes out! Muffin breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Mc Muffin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
