Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brubeck Knox (ranked 23170 p4p, 22934 weight class) and Loki Mason (ranked 617 p4p, 623 weight class). Mason is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Contempt - Jucifer. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brubeck Knox!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Loki Mason!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Andrew Berry and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mason fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Mason staying out of range there.
Mason has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Knox throws a right and a left that Mason avoids nicely.
Mason works the jab nicely.
Mason slips under a jab.
Mason connects with a looping right hand.
Mason feints a jab promting Knox to slip. Mason then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Knox slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Mason works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Mason moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Mason cracks a nice hook into Knox's ribs.
Brubeck Knox seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Knox misses with a straight left.
Mason ducks under a wild hook from Knox.
Mason is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here.
Mason lands a jab to Knox's midsection.

and Mason counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Mason lunges at Knox with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Knox's hand.
Mason lands a right hook to the body.
Donk. Mason catches Knox right on the button with a cross.
Knox doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Mason smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Knox closes the distance and clinches up with Mason, looking for a takedown. Knox pushes Mason against the cage but Mason circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Knox takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Knox's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mason connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Knox scrambles back to his feet.
Knox throws a body shot but no joy.
Mason throws a good cross that connects.
Mason lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Knox shoots and misses
and Mason counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Mason is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Knox had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into mush.

The crowd cheers as Mason lands an impressive looking overhand right. Knox doesn't seem phased though.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Knox takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Mason lands a glancing blow to the side of Knox's head.
Knox has been working on his balance at Canadian Combat Academy, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Mason.
Mason keeps Knox at a distance using the push kick.
Knox takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Good standup being displayed there by Knox as he connects with a hook.
Mason fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Knox looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Knox throws a lazy uppercut
and Mason counters with a good, hard body kick but Knox shrugs it off.

Knox throws a jab when Mason was well out of range.
Mason thuds a left hand into Knox's body.
Knox lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mason circles away quickly and effectively.
Mason swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Knox.
Mason lands with a nice body kick.
Knox misses with an uppercut
and Mason counters with a nice body kick.
Knox swings widly with a right hand
and Mason counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mason's jab looks to have found its range, popping Knox under the eye.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Knox walks into a left hand.
Mason stuffs the takedown attempt from Knox. Knox gets slowly back to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Brubeck Knox. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Knox is breathing heavily.
Knox walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Knox misses with a takedown attempt
and Mason counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Knox takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Knox is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Knox has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Mason.
Knox throws a big shot that misses.
Mason looks like he wants to counter punch here.

Mason keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Mason moves into range and connects with a jab.
Mason lands a front kick.
Knox has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mason finds it's way round the side to connect with Knox's head.
Knox will be looking to protect his midsection after taking some solid kicks to the body.
Mason scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Knox tries to move into range but Mason moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Mason pushes Knox away with a front kick.
Nice body punch from Mason.
Mason bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Knox's head.
Knox misses with an uppercut
and Mason counters with a good low kick that Knox was not able to check.
Mason throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Knox looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Mason's jab looks to have found its range, popping Knox under the eye.
Mason throws a nice looking combination but Knox bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Knox takes one on the button.
Mason scores with a body shot.
Mason lands a head shot.
Knox takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Mason plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
A decent looking cross lands there for Mason.
Knox looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Knox throws an off balance right hand
and Mason counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Knox!
Mason in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Knox is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
