Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Yuuji Hoshino!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoshino lands a jab to Seagull's midsection.
Seagull throws a combination that misses
and Hoshino counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Seagull is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Seagull definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Seagull is breathing heavily.
Hoshino thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Seagull if he has to take too many more of those.

Hoshino lands a big head kick that sends Seagull tumbling to the mat! Hoshino takes a step backwards and waves Seagull back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Hoshino lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Hoshino throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Seagull's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Hoshino dives in looking to finish as Seagull flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Hoshino's strikes! Hoshino is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Seagull's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Seagull was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
