Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Christian Simbolon!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Chris Edwards and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Geissler pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Geissler throws a body shot but no joy.
Simbolon darts in trying to clinch
and Geissler counters with a nice uppercut.
Simbolon ducks under a wild hook from Geissler.
Geissler missing with a left hand there. Simbolon was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Simbolon tries to close the distance and clinch up but Geissler swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Geissler swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Geissler lands an overhand right.
Simbolon dives in for a single leg takedown but Geissler sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Simbolon keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Simbolon swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Simbolon steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Geissler.
Geissler definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Simbolon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Geissler manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Simbolon uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Geissler.
Simbolon throws a head kick but Geissler moves out of range.
As Simbolon tries to get set, Geissler tries to push him back and clinch up but Simbolon manages to avoid the attempt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gerry Geissler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Christian Simbolon.
Geissler lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

Simbolon misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Geissler lands a lovely overhand right.

Simbolon is rocked!
Simbolon is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Geissler doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Simbolon crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Simbolon's bad books for that mishap!
