Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mandlenkosi Thulani (ranked 1890 p4p, 1250 weight class) and Leonardo Narushima (ranked 237 p4p, 174 weight class). Narushima has chosen Chemistry - Heartbeat (Deepforces Remix) as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mandlenkosi Thulani!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Leonardo Narushima !
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, David Schapiro and Bruno Lombardi.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narushima scores with a jab to the jaw.
Thulani tries to clinch
and Narushima counters with a slapping leg kick.
Thulani tries to clinch but Narushima moves out of range.
And Narushima responds with a good body kick, but Thulani manages to step out the way in time.
Narushima loads up on a big right hand but Thulani slips the punch.
Nice uppercut lands for Thulani. That snapped Narushima 's head back.

It looks like Leonardo Narushima has been cut.
Thulani has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Narushima moves out of range of the strikes.
Narushima thinks about the counter body kick.
Thulani moves out of range as Narushima throws a body kick.
Narushima walks into a stiff left hand from Thulani.
Thulani misses with a hook
and Narushima counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

It looks like Mandlenkosi Thulani has been cut.
Thulani fails with an attempt to clinch.
Thulani misses the body punch
and Narushima counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Thulani takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Thulani comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Narushima just misses with a punch to the body.
Thulani swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Thulani swings away with a body shot that misses
and Narushima counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Narushima scores with a nice body kick.
Narushima slips a jab and a cross from Thulani.
Narushima was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Thulani is breathing heavily.
Thulani rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Narushima counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Narushima fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Thulani throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Narushima makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Narushima lets loose with a powerful body kick. Thulani will feel that in the morning.

Thulani throws an off balance right hand
and Narushima counters with a thumping low kick.
Narushima fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Narushima lands with a cross.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Narushima thows a body kick. Thulani tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Thulani walks forward, straight into a front kick from Narushima .
Narushima misses with a kick to the body.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
No joy there for Thulani, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
A shot to the liver by Narushima . Beautiful body shot.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Narushima .
A kick lands to the mid section there for Narushima .

Narushima cracks Thulani with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Narushima has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Thulani to stand back up!

Thulani is rocked!
Narushima lands a right hook to the body.
Narushima cracks Thulani with a left hook right on the temple and Thulani goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Narushima lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Thulani is OK!
