Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jovan Dickons (ranked 3436 p4p, 24126 weight class) and Timo Lepisto (ranked 432 p4p, 633 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Dickons might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Sidung. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Dickons shoots in and gets a takedown into Lepisto's guard.
Dickons is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Dickons stands up and waves to Lepisto to follow him.

Dickons looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Dickons is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.

Lepisto actively working from the bottom here.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dickons slows the pace down in half guard.
Dickons seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Lepisto for as long as he can get away with.

Dickons is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Lepisto defends it well.

Lepisto looking for subs from the bottom but Dickons mounts him!

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Dickons is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Lepisto is surviving well by controlling Dickons's body position as best he can.

We've been hearing good reports from Dickons's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Dickons tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
Dickons has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.

Lepisto has left one of his arms exposed and Dickons doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Lepisto screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
