Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Marty Van Buren (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Raian Baaden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Van Buren might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Dead Souls. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Buren misses with a jab, cross combination.
Van Buren tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Baaden shoots for a double leg takedown but Van Buren sprawls well. He's pushed Baaden's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Van Buren throws a series of punches but Baaden avoids them all with ease.
Van Buren looks to land a combination. Baaden sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Van Buren explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.

Baaden shoots in looking for a takedown. Van Buren tries to sprawl out of it but Baaden keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the ropes. Van Buren manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Baaden takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

and Van Buren counters with a flying knee that drops Baaden! Van Buren dives in and finishes the fight with a flurry of strikes from the mount!
