Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Khabib Nurmagomedov!
The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, James Atkins and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chai throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Nurmagomedov.
Nurmagomedov looks to land a left hand but Chai moved out of range nicely.
A big left from Chai misses.
Nurmagomedov swings for the body but Chai moves out of range.
Nurmagomedov throws a shot from downtown. Chai moves away and avoids it.
We've been told by Chai's head coaches at Master Chai's Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Nurmagomedov misses with an uppercut
and Chai counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The fighters circle momentarily. Nurmagomedov darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Nurmagomedov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Chai.
Nurmagomedov tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Chai was well out of range. Poor timing from Nurmagomedov.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Chai's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nurmagomedov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Chai scrambles back to his feet.

It looked like Chai was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Chai lands a big uppercut and Nurmagomedov crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Nurmagomedov looks OK. Chai waves Nurmagomedov back to his feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Chai connects with a nice cross there... Nurmagomedov is looking wobbly and Chai recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Nurmagomedov to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Chai jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!
