Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hammer scores with a hook to the body. Dias takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Dias misses the jab.
Hammer misses with a shot to the body
and Dias counters with a nice uppercut.
Dias definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
A punch lands to the side of Dias 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Hammer lands a head shot.
Dias checks a leg kick nicely.
Hammer scores with a decent looking hook.

Hammer looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Dias!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Dias sneaks back into half guard.

Hammer looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Dias gets back to full guard.
Dias manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Hammer manages to get himself to full guard.

Hammer wants to stand and escape but Dias is having none of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Dias advances to half guard.
Dias looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Hammer with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Hammer is looking to improve his position.
Hammer has hold of Dias's hands but Dias slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Hammer is looking for a sweep. Dias is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Dias lands strikes from half guard.
Dias prevents Hammer from standing back up.
Dias takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Ground and pound from Dias.
Dias stalling.
Dias moves into full mount! Hammer won't be happy about that!

Hammer is squirming around, avoiding Dias's attempts to control the action.
Hammer is in a horrible position here. Dias smacks him with another shot as he tries to escape the position.
Hammer really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Dias. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Dias connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Hammer is rocked!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Hammer takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Dias's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
