Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Albert Gonzalez (ranked 4209 p4p, 4265 weight class) and Jeremy Johnson (ranked 374 p4p, 377 weight class). Jeremy Johnson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Gonzalez off to one side.

Gonzalez closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Johnson quickly recovers to half guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
