Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Rock Batista!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice straight punches there by McDermott. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of McDermott.
Batista doesn't succeed with the takedown
and McDermott counters with a straight right hand.
Batista shoots in and drives through. McDermott sprawls well.
Batista shoots in for a double leg but McDermott sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Batista shoots in for a takedown but McDermott shows good takedown defense.

McDermott has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Batista is proving hard to escape from.

McDermott stands and steps away. Batista gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

McDermott tests Batista's chin there with a solid looking shot.
McDermott throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
McDermott digs a good hook to Batista's body.
McDermott loads up on a big right hand but Batista slips the punch.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
McDermott lands with a cross.

and McDermott counters with a head kick from the bowels of hell that crumples Batista! This one is all over!
