Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sonny Yung!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buker fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Yung misses with a few strikes there.
Buker could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Buker shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yung as he jumps to the side.
Buker shoots in looking for a takedown. Yung tries to sprawl out of it but Buker keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Yung manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colin Buker. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Yung. No joy for Buker on that attempt.
Yung uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Yung lands with a shot to the body.

Yung clinches with his opponent.
Buker tries to pull guard but Yung holds him up against the cage and eventually Buker drops back down to his feet.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
I looks like Yung might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Buker shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
Yung looking to control.

Yung manages to capitalize on a mistake by Buker to take his back!
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Yung's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Yung is standing up out of mount! Strange tactic there - he must really want this one on the feet!

Yung tries to keep at a distance but Buker has taken the fight into the clinch.

Buker pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Yung.

Yung throws a combination. Buker tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Yung throws a right and a left that Buker avoids nicely.

Buker on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Buker shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Yung as he avoids it easily.

Yung feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Buker's calf.

Yung shoots in for a double leg but Buker sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Yung tries to clinch but Buker is having none of it.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Buker drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Sonny Yung has got the better of the ground game so far.
Buker trying to control the position from guard on top but Yung is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Buker passes into half guard.

Buker decides to stand up.
Buker throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Buker takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Buker takes one to the chin there.
Yung fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Buker tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Yung paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Yung will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Buker shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Buker gets caught flat footed, as Yung shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Yung wants to control from the top but Buker keeps moving.
Buker is striking off his back. Yung thinks nothing of it though and passes easily into half guard.
Yung looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Yung is working for a kimura but Buker is defending it quite comfortably.
Buker is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Buker looking for submissions from an awkward position here.
Buker is looking for a sweep. Yung is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Yung scores with a one two! Buker had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Yung paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Colin Buker has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Sonny Yung is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Yung ducks under a wild hook from Buker.

Sonny Yung comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Yung has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
