Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Felipe Costa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mondragon Gangrena (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Costa moves out of range of the body kick.
Gangrena's corner calls for a 1-2. Gangrena obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Costa throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Gangrena's waist but Gangrena gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Costa off to one side.

Gangrena drives through and clinches with Costa against the ropes.

Costa has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Gangrena is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Gangrena shoots for a double leg takedown but Costa sprawls well. He's pushed Gangrena's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
