The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hawthorne throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Saneuji sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Hawthorne lands a head shot.
No luck for Saneuji with that takedown attempt.
Saneuji seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Hawthorne cracks Saneuji with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Saneuji darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Saneuji stops Hawthorne from getting back to his feet.
Saneuji is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Hawthorne sees it coming and defends easily.
Hawthorne tries to kick Saneuji off but Saneuji keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Saneuji connects with a nice short shot to Hawthorne's temple.
Saneuji really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Saneuji maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Hawthorne could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Saneuji has cracked it and Hawthorne is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Saneuji!
