Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sirus Hall (ranked 1479 p4p, 1275 weight class) and Jack Falcon (ranked 200 p4p, 172 weight class). Hall comes into the arena with Thin Lizzy - Cold Sweat blaring out of the sound system. Falcon comes into a darkened arena with his song building. O Retrô Ativo - Heróis do Status Quo kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

We've been told by Hall's head coaches at The Scrap Squad that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Hall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Falcon.
Falcon shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Hall pinned against the cage. Hall gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Hall misses the shot to the body.
Hall looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Hall is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Falcon wants to improve his position but Hall is controlling well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Falcon is staying active underneath Hall, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
