Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Cody Lake (ranked 2492 p4p, 5121 weight class) and Bobby Jones (ranked 348 p4p, 567 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Cody Lake!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bobby Jones!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Gregory Folan and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Lake smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Bobby Jones has been cut.
Jones has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Lake lands with a hook. Jones tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lake closes the distance and clinches.
Jones lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Lake comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
Jones is rocked!
Lake breaks from the clinch.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Lake finish him?
Lake slips a jab from Jones.
Jones seems to have recovered his senses.
Cody Lake seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Lake closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Lake breaks from the clinch.
Lake lands a big right hand that sends Jones crashing to the mat! Lake stays standing though and waves Jones back to his feet!
That has opened up Bobby Jones's cut even more.
Lake seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lake throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.
A little jabbing left from Jones on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Lake moves into the clinch successfully.
Lake escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Lake cracks Jones with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Jones falls to his knees and Lake doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cody Lake!
Cody Lake took to the mic in his post fight interview and said 'See! That was to easy! Give me the title shot for the winner of Chimaev vs Ilmarinen because neither of them deserve it.
