Balogun takes the fight into the clinch.
Silva is trying to pull guard but Balogun turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Silva fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Balogun tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Silva smiles and moves away.

Balogun moves into the clinch.

Balogun manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Balogun is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Balogun pulls Silva in close to his closed guard and prevents Silva from doing any damage or advancing position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Silva thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Marcelo Silva decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
