Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Erik Dodson (ranked 4260 p4p, 2982 weight class) and Alessio Ricci (ranked 379 p4p, 0 weight class). Alessio Ricci told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ricci closes the distance and pushes Dodson back into the cage.

Ricci pulls guard.

Dodson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Ricci has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Dodson has managed to get both his arms back between Ricci's legs - danger averted.

Ricci had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Dodson defends it easily.

Ricci has his feet on Dodson's thighs here. He's pushed Dodson off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Dodson screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
