Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 16 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Kevin Durant!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 13 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Righteous Crusader !
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, George Francis and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crusader tries to clinch but Durant moves away
letting Durant counter with a right hand.
Crusader tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Durant connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Crusader misses with a jab, cross combination.
Durant lands with a good body shot.
Durant lands with a kick to the temple. Crusader shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Crusader wants to clinch
and Durant counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Crusader closes the distance looking to clinch
and Durant counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Crusader has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Durant scores with a leg kick.
Crusader ducks right into an uppercut from Durant.
Crusader misses with a double jab.
Crusader misses with a wild combination.
Crusader takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Crusader takes a jab right on the kisser.
Righteous Crusader seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Durant lands a head kick that bluckles Crusader and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Durant no doubt looking to push for a finish!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Both fighters circling a little - Durant finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Durant keeps the fight on the outside.
Durant staggers Crusader with a jab and knocks him down with a follow up straight! Crusader looks in trouble, will he beat the count?! The count has reached 5 and he's only back to 1 knee - it's going to be close! 6,7,8 - he's up! No! He's back down again! 9...10 - he's can't beat the count and Durant is victorious!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Kevin Durant!
A relieved looking Kevin Durant thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
