The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
filho keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

filho is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Nogueira keeping moving, preventing filho from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

filho stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nogueira swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
filho looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Nogueira is fending him off so far but filho persists. Nope, Nogueira circles away and we're back to standing.
Nogueira avoids the body shot from filho.
filho fails with an attempt to clinch.
filho closes this distance looking for a takedown but Nogueira circles away.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

and filho counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Nogueira's guard now.

filho has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Nogueira to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! filho is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Nogueira pulls down on the head and he's put filho to sleep! This one is all over!
