Thumb doesn't manage to clinch there - Gracie circles away.
Gracie moves into range and clinches up with Thumb.
Thumb jumps guard and drags Gracie to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Gracie is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Thumb defends well.
