Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 18 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Bruce Chang!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Glen Hoddle!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Frank Dennis and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hoddle just misses with a punch to the body.
Chang uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hoddle.
Hoddle connects with a looping right hand.
Nice body kick there by Chang.
Chang throws a hook to the side of Hoddle's head but Hoddle sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hoddle jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Chang ducks right into an uppercut from Hoddle.
Hoddle takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Chang shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Hoddle pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Chang back to the cage. Hoddle follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Nice uppercut lands for Hoddle. That snapped Chang's head back.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Chang throws the kick towards the body but Hoddle avoids it.
Glen Hoddle seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Chang slips under a jab from Hoddle.
Hoddle just misses with a punch to the body.
Chang misses with a right hand
and Hoddle counters with a left to the body.
Chang thows a body kick. Hoddle tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Hoddle connects with a leg kick.
Chang misses with a hook. Hoddle ducked under it nicely.
A thudding body kick lands there by Chang!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Hoddle ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hoddle swings widly with a right hand
and Chang counters with a nice body shot.
Chang throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Hoddle swings widly with a right hand
and Chang makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Hoddle looks winded!
Chang lands with a nice body kick.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Chang.
Chang throws out a powerful jab.

It looks like Glen Hoddle has been cut.
Hoddle swings for the body but Chang moves out of range.
Chang is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
The fighters circling - Hoddle throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Chang cracks Hoddle with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Hoddle falls to his knees and Chang doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bruce Chang!
An out of breath Bruce Chang thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
