Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Hank Houston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jeremy Lamb!
The judges for this bout are Ben Hemmingworth, Steve Erwin and Francis DeMontford.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Houston lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

It looks like Jeremy Lamb has been cut.
Lamb takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Lamb takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Houston bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Lamb's head backwards.
Houston darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Lamb takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Houston scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Lamb looks winded!

Houston drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Houston is stalling in the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lamb keeping moving, preventing Houston from controlling successfully.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Houston keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Lamb's head.
Houston stays in close to Lamb's body and controls the position.
Houston has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Houston chips away with some ground and pound.
Houston makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Houston working some strikes from top position.

Lamb is rocked!

That has opened up Jeremy Lamb's cut even more.
Houston content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Lamb is still in real trouble! Can Houston finish him?
Houston working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Lamb's head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Houston postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Houston lands a couple of elbows.
Houston gets to his feet and stands over Lamb, holding his ankles. He dives in with a big left hand that connects! Lamb felt that one! Houston unloads more punches and elbows and this one is over! The ref has dived in to save Lamb from any more punishment!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Hank Houston!
A very excited looking Hank Houston made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
