The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Schmico instigates a clinch.
Schmico changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Long fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Long looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Long throws a sloppy head kick and Schmico moves out of range easily.
Long looks to score with a jab to the body but Schmico is just out of range.
Schmico misses with a series of wild punches.
Long finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Long closes the distance and clinches.
Long tries to work over Schmico's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Long looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
