The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
OMalley shoots in for a takedown but Barkley shows good takedown defense.
Barkley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
OMalley with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Barkley to score with a decent uppercut.
OMalley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barkley.
Barkley throws a shot to the body.
OMalley fails with the takedown
and Barkley counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Barkley works the jab nicely.
Barkley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from OMalley.
OMalley shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Barkley counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Conor OMalley. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Barkley dips down and scores with a jab to the body.

Barkley cracks OMalley with a hook to the temple - OMalley is on wobbly legs here! Barkley swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! OMalley falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Barkley wins by TKO!
