Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dalton McConnell (ranked 19751 p4p, 22652 weight class) and Jason Laszlo (ranked 624 p4p, 611 weight class). McConnell comes into the arena with The Reason blaring out of the sound system. Laszlo comes into a darkened arena with his song building. The Real National Anthem kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Dalton McConnell could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jason Laszlo's chin.

The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McConnell swings and misses with a hook to the body.
A slow jab from McConnell misses its intended target.
Laszlo avoids a punch combination nicely.
McConnell throws the left hand but Laszlo avoids the punch easily.
McConnell lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as McConnell checks a leg kick.
McConnell waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Laszlo.
McConnell throws a body punch but Laszlo moves out of range.
McConnell loads up on a big right hand but Laszlo slips the punch.
Laszlo swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
McConnell ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Laszlo moves away.
Laszlo ducks right into an uppercut from McConnell.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Laszlo takes one on the button.
Laszlo misses with a low kick.
McConnell lands a lovely overhand right.
Laszlo is rocked!
It looks like Jason Laszlo has been cut.
Dalton McConnell seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McConnell lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Laszlo is looking to close the distance but McConnell sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Laszlo crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Laszlo is OK because that was naaaaaasty!

Dalton McConnell tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
