PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Brick Bronson (ranked 4533 p4p, 4807 weight class) and Rikz Moon (ranked 228 p4p, 231 weight class). Bronson comes into the arena with Pink Floyd - Another Brick in the Wall blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bronson closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A right hand to the body from Moon.
A head punch on the inside from Bronson fails to land.
Bronson has a couple of punches blocked by Moon.
Moon lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Bronson swings wildly with an uppercut but Moon uses good head movement to avoid it.
Moon looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Bronson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bronson has Moon up against the cage in a clinch.
Bronson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Moon struggles to land a body shot inside as Bronson controls his hands.
Moon lands with a right to the head.

Bronson breaks from the clinch.
Moon uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Moon ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.

Oooooh!!! Moon has knocked Bronson down with a huge combo! Moon steps away and waves a wobbly Bronson back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Bronson is rocked!

It looks like Brick Bronson has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Moon cracks Bronson with a left hook right on the temple and Bronson goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Moon lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Bronson is OK!
