The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Joseph Jones and Reed Andrews.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Danielson is looking to clinch.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Danielson.
Saint misses with an uppercut.
Saint stuffs the takedown.
Saint leaves Danielson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Danielson gets a takedown into half guard.
Saint is trying to stand up here but Danielson is controlling him well.
Saint knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Danielson on the ground.
Danielson wants to stand up but Saint has a hold of him and won't allow it.
Danielson looks gassed!
Saint wants to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Danielson fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Filipino Saint has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Richard Danielson.
Saint cracks Danielson with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

It looks like Richard Danielson has been cut.
Saint misses with an uppercut.
Danielson closes this distance looking for a takedown but Saint circles away.
Saint catches Danielson napping and connects with a big right hand that sends Danielson to the canvas!

Danielson is rocked!

Saint stands and steps away. Danielson gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Danielson is still on wobbly legs! Can Saint finish him?

Danielson is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Saint doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Danielson crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Danielson's bad books for that mishap!
