PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Roberto Congo (ranked 1762 p4p, 15913 weight class) and Vladimir Tarlac (ranked 262 p4p, 634 weight class). Tarlac has chosen Nobody Knows- The Tony RIch Project as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tarlac misses with a wild combination.
Vladimir Tarlac seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Congo lands with an uppercut that bounces Tarlac off the ropes and back into range.

and Congo counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops Tarlac to the mat, face first! Congo goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. Tarlac is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!
A combination from Tarlac does no damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tarlac tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Congo throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Tarlac wants to clinch.
Tarlac tries to close the distance and clinch up but Congo swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Tarlac tries to get into range but Congo steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Tarlac! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Congo scores the big KO victory!

After the fight, Roberto Congo was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
The defeated Vladimir Tarlac had this to say: 'Thanks for all the fun times and all the memories this is my last ride'.
