Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 29 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaz Moore!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Chris Jackson!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Moore. Moore circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Nice body punch from Jackson.
Jackson stuns Moore with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Jackson throws a lazy right hand but Moore sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Moore seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Moore has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Moore there as he acknowledges the shot.

Moore is breathing heavily.
Jackson clobbers Moore with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Moore takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jackson lands with a cross.
Jackson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Moore drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jackson sprawls and moves away.

Jackson drives through and clinches with Moore against the cage.

Moore tries to score a body lock takedown but Jackson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Jackson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Jackson is pulling down on Moore's head to control his posture.
Jackson is looking to stand up but Moore isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Moore postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Jackson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Moore gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Jackson is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Moore has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Moore wants to improve his position but Jackson is controlling well.
Jackson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Moore knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Let's hope that Jackson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Moore wants to get back to his feet.

Moore takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Jackson lunges at Moore with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Moore's hand.

Moore walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Jackson lands a nice shot that snaps Moore's head back.
Moore takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Chris Jackson dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Moore takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Moore uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jackson.

Jackson has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Moore has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jackson finds it's way round the side to connect with Moore's head.
Moore looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Moore's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Jackson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Moore scrambles back to his feet.

Jackson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Moore drops down looking for a counter takedown but Jackson sprawls and moves away.

Moore takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

and Jackson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Jackson lands with an uppercut that bounces Moore off the cage and back into range.

Jaz Moore is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Jackson might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

Jackson stalks Moore and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Moore's face. Moore staggers backwards, shaken.
Jackson feints a jab promting Moore to slip. Jackson then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Moore slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Jackson scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

Well Jackson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
