Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

With a record of 17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nathan Leal!
The judges for this bout are Alec Ball, Steve Smith and Ian Loll.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Nice uppercut lands for Kogos. That snapped Leal's head back.
Kogos connects with a good right hand that stumbles Leal. Leal circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Kogos feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Kogos's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

That's time! Kogos's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Kogos feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Leal sprawling to the canvas! Leal rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kogos finish him?!

A determined Paulo Kogos didn't want to dwell on this fight in his post fight interview. Instead he was more keen to state he wants a title shot. Let's see if he gets it!
