The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Herb shoots and misses
and Mies counters with a stiff right hand.
Mies scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Mies connects with a right hand. Herb shakes it off.
Mies definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Herb gets tackled into the cage by Mies. Mies maintains the clinch.

Herb is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Mies is defending well.

Mies lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.

Herb is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Mies lands a big right hand that drops Herb! The killer instinct kicks in and Mies finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Mies!

Ihme Mies tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
