Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael Lee (ranked 3189 p4p, 4535 weight class) and Toti Rotiz (ranked 430 p4p, 551 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Rotiz's choice of entrance music: Southtown . I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Toti Rotiz was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Michael Lee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Toti Rotiz!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rotiz thows a left - swing and a miss!

Lee closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Lee.
Lee misses with the head strike.
Lee has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Lee tries to score a body lock takedown but Rotiz shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Lee is pressed up against the cage. Rotiz has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Lee down to the mat. Lee avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

The fight stays on the outside here - Lee looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Lee jabs Rotiz right on the nose. Rotiz blinks but takes it well.

Rotiz shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Rotiz jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Lee walks away with a smile on his face. Rotiz gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
A combination from Lee does no damage.
Rotiz lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.

and Rotiz counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rotiz.

Lee's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Lee has the hooks in. Rotiz is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted.
Rotiz is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Lee.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Rotiz rolls, trying to escape but Lee keeps control of the position.

In defeat, Toti Rotiz stepped up to the mic, saying 'I was hurt, my cat is sick, it's raining outside, heard someone fart in the arena... I should have never lost, I'm the real winner.'.
