Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The fighters circling - Jankovic throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Barnes takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Barnes throws a lazy right hand but Jankovic sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A nice side step and Jankovic releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Jankovic loads up on a big right hand but Barnes slips the punch.
A telegraphed right hand from Jankovic misses the target.
Barnes attempts a counter takedown but Jankovic avoids it well and moves away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jankovic doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Barnes misses with a straight right.
Jankovic lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Jankovic drops Barnes with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Barnes looks back up at him and smiles so Jankovic waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Marko Jankovic decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
