Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Horus Egyptian (ranked 2705 p4p, 2863 weight class) and Joey Crash (ranked 334 p4p, 347 weight class). Horus Egyptian has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Horus Egyptian!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Joey Crash!
The judges for this bout are William Gold, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Crash throws a right and a left that Egyptian avoids nicely.

Egyptian clinches up with Crash and pushes him back against the cage.
Egyptian tries a knee to the head but Crash blocks it.

Egyptian breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

We've been informed that Crash has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Horus Egyptian will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
