Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glen Hoddle (ranked 2838 p4p, 2730 weight class) and Kyle Kristian Galeos (ranked 343 p4p, 334 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Hoddle avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hoddle fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.

Galeos throws a series of punches but Hoddle moves out of range.
As Galeos backs away, Hoddle returns fire with a leg kick that just misses.
Galeos takes a jab right on the kisser.
Hoddle lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Galeos at a distance.
Hoddle connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.
Galeos lands a two punch combo.

Hoddle thuds his right hand into Galeos's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Hoddle ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Galeos takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hoddle lunges at Galeos with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Galeos's hand.

Hoddle throws a nice outside leg kick.
Galeos throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Galeos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hoddle turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Galeos falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hoddle counters with a nice leg kick.
Hoddle throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Hoddle looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Galeos fails to land with a series of punches.
Galeos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Galeos there as he acknowledges the shot.

Hoddle closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Galeos! Hoddle dives in looking to finish! Galeos is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!

Glen Hoddle spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
