Fukumitsu kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is you should see me in a crown. Kersikov has chosen Hi Rez - 3 Ft Tall as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fukumitsu moves away from the strike by Kersikov.
Fukumitsu throws an off balance right hand
and Kersikov cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fukumitsu takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Kersikov throws a shot from downtown. Fukumitsu moves away and avoids it.
Fukumitsu misses with a lunging right hand

Kersikov looks to throw the jab but Fukumitsu is out of range.

Oh Fukumitsu is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fukumitsu has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gold Samurai's Gym in the buildup to the fight.

Kersikov has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
