Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tomomi Tsuruta (ranked 4577 p4p, 3974 weight class) and Peter Joshua (ranked 539 p4p, 508 weight class). Peter Joshua will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Peter Joshua!
The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Johanna Lukiainen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tsuruta cracks a nice hook into Joshua's ribs.
Tsuruta shoots in looking for a takedown. Joshua tries to sprawl out of it but Tsuruta keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Joshua manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Joshua throws a head kick but Tsuruta moves out of range.
Joshua is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Tsuruta tries to counter with a takedown but Joshua is quick to defend against it.

so Tsuruta counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Joshua is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
