Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Aquiles Castro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Francois Gays (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gays has chosen sexy back de justin timberlake as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Horrible takedown by Gays or perhaps it was just good defense by Castro which made him look bad.
Gays looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Gays fails in his attempt to clinch.

Gays feints and as Castro raises his hands in defense, Gays changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Castro bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gays's guard.
Castro trying to control but Gays is working from the bottom.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Castro content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Castro wants to control from the top but Gays keeps moving.
Castro makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Gays avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Castro postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.

Castro thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Castro drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Castro jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Castro trying to control but Gays is working from the bottom.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Castro sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gays's guard.

Castro is working for a submission of some sort.

Castro is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Gays is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
