Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxwell Church (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Frazier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Church comes to the cage accompanied by The Stroke by Billy Squire. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier stuns Church with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Frazier swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Frazier throws a head kick but Church moves out of range.
Frazier pulls out of a head kick attempt.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Frazier breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Frazier throws a body punch but Church moves out of range.
Frazier changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Church tries to avoid it but Frazier manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Church to the ground. Church escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hugo Frazier seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Frazier ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Church moves away.
Church tries for a takedown but Frazier sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Church shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Church avoids the head kick by Frazier.
Frazier fails with an attempt to clinch.
Church looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Frazier is fending him off so far but Church persists. Nope, Frazier circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Maxwell Church. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Frazier tries to close the distance and clinch up but Church swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Church keeps the fight on the outside.
Frazier shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Church pinned against the cage. Church gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Church misses with a wild combination.
Church avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

Church closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Frazier to the mat! Frazier manages to get full guard.
Frazier looks gassed!
Church is working Frazier over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Church sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Frazier's guard.
Church passes to side control.
Church lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Frazier down.
Frazier is trying to improve his position.
Check out the look on Church's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!

Church cracks Frazier with a big right hand but Frazier just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Frazier throws a couple of strikes even though he's not really in a good position to do so.

Church decides to stand back up. Church steps back and let's Frazier get back to his feet.

Church looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Church is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Frazier!
Frazier stops Church from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.
Church pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Church prevents Frazier from getting the reversal.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Church lands a big elbow.
Church wants to control the pace but Frazier is squirming around nicely.
Frazier is looking to improve his position but Church isn't that keen on the idea.

The referee warns Frazier that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Church jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Frazier manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Church lands a few punches from side control.
Frazier tries to improve position but can't.
Church gets to mount! Frazier was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
Church really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Church with shots to the head and body - Frazier looks very uncomfortable down there.
Frazier tries to hold on but Church pushes him away.

Church is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Church extends the arm and Frazier is forced to tap!
