The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis scores with a hook.
Valua misses with a wild combination.
Lewis throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Lewis fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Valua.
Valua scores with a jab to the head.
Lewis's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Lewis duly obliges.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Horrible takedown by Lewis or perhaps it was just good defense by Valua which made him look bad.
Valua misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Lewis.

It looks like Maik Valua has been cut.
Lenny Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Valua connects with a looping right hand.
Lewis throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Valua counter with a right hand.
Oooh a lovely combination from Lewis sends Valua down but not out. Lewis dives into side control looking to finish.

Valua is rocked!
Valua is breathing heavily.
Lewis advances to full mount.

Lewis prevents Valua from getting the reversal.
Lewis with shots to the head and body - Valua looks very uncomfortable down there.

Lewis is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Valua is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Valua flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Lewis anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Valua and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Lewis slips an arm under Valua chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Lewis has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Lewis is squeezing on Valua like an anaconda would it's prey. Valua fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
